Our Clinic

West Washington Park Clinic was built as a doctor's office in our residential neighborhood in 1953 and has been open in that capacity ever since. Dr. Alan Lubow began practicing family medicine on Old South Gaylord Street in 1984 and moved his practice to our current location in 1993. He is the third physician to base his medical practice from the office. We love the neighborhood and are striving for an idyllic setting reminiscent of Norman Rockwell's paintings.

We get to know and care about our patients and it shows! While we are striving for an old-fashioned, small- town "feel", our staff are trained and certified medical professionals with the current knowledge and skills you would expect in a modern urban medical clinic.

Same day appointments are usually available and we can usually see you on an urgent basis for minor injuries, etc. We do have x-ray on site. As an Osteopathic physician Dr. Lubow takes a wellness-oriented approach and uses Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) when appropriate for musculoskeletal issues.
